		<description>Some time has passed since I posed this issue. After a few years experience working with Javascript frameworks I think the best solution is to simply use one framework, even if that means re-writing some of the code or plugins.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve noticed that no JS errors are explicitly thrown in Firefox when using Prototype and Mootools together, but there are definitely issues.  When including both on the same page I start having conflicts and certain elements on my site start breaking.</description>
