Oh when will I go Mac…

I’ll admit, Macs are very cool and I have been considering making the switch for some time. It seems that every web developer I aspire to either started on a Mac or has recently made the switch. I’m getting the feeling I’m missing out on something. Besides that, It would be useful for my business to have one on hand for cross-testing instead of relying on third party solutions (or Safari on PC). I just haven’t been able to justify the cost.
Is a mac really worth 2x the cost of a PC?

morvo, your right (I missed that the first time I watched it)! And besides, Wall-e is just as cool as Eve in other ways anyway. Guess I’ll have to rethink my opinion of that image lol.
UPDATE: A couple weeks ago I purchased the new 17″ MacBook Pro. All I can say is: Why didn’t make the switch YEARS ago! My personal slogan for Mac is ‘it just works’. Workflow is better, productivity is up, all my testing I can do on one computer (with the help of Parallels).
Oh, and its soo pretty :) A PC seems like a clunky beginners toy to me now. As far as cost, its worth every penny (in addition to the above, macs typically remain useful longer, I was buying a new PC every year – no longer!). If you are considering switching, just do it.
