Our process helps keep projects organized, on-time and of the highest quality possible. It is modeled after the approach to Project Management as detailed in the PMBOK Guide published by The Project Management Institute (PMI).

Discover
Here we have the first few discussions on your project. We will meet either remotely or in person to discuss your needs. Once we have a clear understanding of your goals you will be provided with a proposal for review.

Specifics of this step:

  • Needs Analysis
  • Determine Project Goals, Assumptions & Constraints
  • Determine Scope (tasks required to achieve your goals)
  • Provide a SOW and/or Proposal for review
Plan

Upon proposal approval we will fully plan out your project. This involves creating a development plan that will become the blueprint for us to follow going forward. We will meet with you as many times as necessary to complete this step.

Specifics of this step:

  • Documentation (HLD) / Development Plan, Timeline
  • Determine Site Structure (aka. Site ‘Skeleton’), Wireframe, Flowcharts, Storyboards as needed.
  • Determine Project Team
Execute

Time to put the plan to action! The team is assembled, the designs are created and the programming is coded. We like our clients to be an active part of this step and your approval will be sought several times along the way.

Specifics of this step:

  • Typically has 2 sub-phases:
  • Sub-phase: Design
    - User Interface
    - Client Approval
  • Sub-phase: Build
    - Design Formatted
    - Motion Graphics
    - Database / Programming
    - Content Added
Review

Your approval and our internal quality control offsets the ‘Execute’ step. This is how we make sure the original plan is followed and everyone remains on the same page as things unfold.

Specifics of this step:

  • Open Communication
  • Soft Launch (at non-public address)
  • Testing & Feedback (developers and target market sample surveyed where possible)
  • Pre-Launch Revisions (as needed)
Deploy

Any necessary training is conducted and all deliverables are made available. Upon your approval the project is made ‘Live’.

  • Launch
Manage & Grow

Once a project goes live we will remain an active part of its success. We will help you interpret feedback and provide suggestions to improve performance for the life of our relationship.
