By checking, signing below (including by electronic signature), and submitting this form, you authorize Klovera LLC ("Klovera," "we," "us," or "our") to publish your Project at the location indicated on this form. You confirm that you have the authority to grant this approval. You and all responsible parties acknowledge that you have thoroughly reviewed the Project and approve it to go live exactly as it is at the time of this approval. Any requests for support, changes, training, development, or revisions made after this approval will be considered additional work and billed at the rates detailed in your Project Development Agreement and/or Website Management & Support Agreement which are included in this agreement by reference.

Browser and Device Compatibility: Your Project has been designed and tested for compatibility with current browsers and popular devices available at the time of development. By approving your Project for launch, you acknowledge that future browsers, outdated browsers, or devices unavailable during testing may not display your Project perfectly or offer bug-free functionality due to inherent unpredictability in browser and device evolution.

Indemnity: You understand and agree that certain aspects of the Project may experience unforeseen issues over time, including but not limited to diminished browser or device compatibility, unpredictable user input, or changes to third-party services integral to the Project. By approving this Project, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Klovera, its officers, agents, and employees from any liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from the use, operation, or malfunction of this Project.

Error Notification: You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to promptly notify Klovera regarding any Project issues by sending detailed information to support@klovera.com.

Terms of Service: All services provided by Klovera are governed by our Terms of Service , incorporated herein by reference. By checking the box and signing below, you indicate acceptance of these Terms and authorize the launch of your Project.
